THE VENEX WORLD OF REGENERATION
REGENERATION IS HOLISTIC
In many fields of life we can do something to achieve and maintain balance and recovery.
The 8 areas of regeneration
Creating a healthy indoor climate with ecological wall paints and plaster made from lime and clay.
Colours have an energetic effect and support the function and the use of rooms. This effect should be taken into account when designing the rooms according to their use. Thus, for example, in bedrooms cold colours such as blue should be used because of the relaxing and calming effect.
Functional clothing made of natural fibres helps to regenerate.
The patented V-TEX® Regeneration Fibre derives its power from nature and consists of a mix of minerals and platinum.
The origin of TENCEL®, used by VENEX in connection with the V-TEX® Regeneration Fibre, is botanic as it is obtained from the raw material wood. Due to closed circuit the fibre production itself is especially environmentally friendly. TENCEL® textiles are more absorbent than cotton, softer than silk and cooler than linen.
Latest developments in the lighting sector in form of biodynamic daylight support the natural human rhythm by changing light colour and light intensity automatically. So everyone benefits from a lighting that stimulates resting and activity phases in a natural way and thus ensures inner balance and a greater well-being.
“The nutrient requirement is defined as the amount of nutrient that is objectively and for scientific reasons needed for the maintenance of all body functions of the organism and thus for optimal health and performance.” (Ketz, 1984)
A balanced nutrition should contain the basic nutrients protein, fat and carbohydrates in an adequate proportion.
The recommendations for fluid intake and the intake of dietary fibre should preferably be observed every day whereas the supply of minerals and vitamins should be balanced within one week.
Fitness of body and mind needs regular exercise.
Every healthy and physical activity is a form of fitness training, whether in a sports club, in a gym or avoiding moving stairs and lifts in favour of stairs – movement can also take place in everyday life.
Extracts from an interview in the magazine “reportpsychologie” with Prof. Dr. mult. Hilarion Petzold: “… studies show: Staying in nature promotes psychophysical well-being. Human beings have evolutionary developed as a multi-sensory and multi-expressive nature and need movement and perception stimulus to stay healthy. Outdoor activities create passion for vitality and reduce stress …”
Not only through scientific studies we know that tones and sounds have an impact on us.
Thus, a study by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2011 shows that meanwhile traffic noise has become the second largest health risk in our Western civilization, with serious consequences such as cardiovascular diseases as well as sleep disorders and stress.
The German association “Deutsche Gesellschaft pro Naturheilkunde e.V.” enabled the development of a hearing programme based on a bio-acoustic resonance method that stimulates our brain in the alpha and theta range (4 – 8 Hz) and, by means of resonance principle, brings us to experience deep relaxation within a very short time.
Light therapy: Already in antiquity people took the first attempts to achieve a healing effect by using coloured pastes.
As a rule, four colours are used during a light therapy:
- Yellow is the colour of the sun and stands for a positive attitude towards life. Depressive moods and melancholy are balanced by yellow light; the nerves are strengthened. At the same time yellow brings stomach and intestines into balance.
- Blue is the colour of desire. In the first place, the effect of blue light is relaxing. Muscles are relaxed, anxiety and restlessness counteracted.
- Red is an elixir of life. It stimulates the body on many levels. As an example, the formation of red blood cells is promoted and breathing is activated.
- Green is the colour of the nature. Green light has a calming effect and helps regenerating. The airways, so bronchi and lungs, are said to be positively influenced by green light.
